Common Questions

Why can't participants check in?

The roll call may be closed or free plan limits may be reached. Free accounts allow up to 3 roll calls every 30 days and 50 check-ins per roll call.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to Billing in your dashboard and click "Upgrade to Pro".

What happens if I cancel Pro?

You retain all data but lose access to Pro features like unlimited roll calls, saved rosters, roster check-off, organizer sharing, recurring schedules, advanced reports, and direct Google Sheets export. CSV download remains available on Free.

How does attendance limit work on Free?

Free accounts allow up to 50 check-ins per roll call. After reaching this limit, you'll need to upgrade to Pro for unlimited check-ins.

Can I export attendance data?

Yes. Open the Export menu on a roll call details page. CSV download is available on Free and Pro; direct one-click export to Google Sheets is included with Pro.

Can I share a roll call with another organizer?

Yes. A Pro owner can share a roll call and its attached roster with another Pro organizer. Choose Viewer, Attendance Manager, or Editor access; the owner keeps control of ownership, billing, deletion, and sharing.

How do recurring schedules work?

With Pro, you can set up automatic roll call creation for daily, weekly, or monthly events. Roll calls are generated automatically based on your schedule.
